Sponsorship and vendor submissions are now closed.

Description of benefits:

Your organization flyer placed in each attendees bag. You must provide us with physical printed flyers mailed to us and received by us by November 1, 2022

Vendor/Sponsorship name will appear in the conference program.

Your organization logo and information posted on PELC webpage with link to your page. Please submit with the following parameters: 

    • 500px X 500px image space. [Submitted image requirements should maximum width or height of 1000px.]
    • Name of Sponsorship
    • Link to Sponsorship website
    • Description: 50 words or less

Platinum, Gold, and Silver Level sponsorships include a 30 second ad played on the screen during the conference. Those three levels have an option to upgrade to a 60 second ad during sponsorship registration for an additional $175.

Bronze Level sponsorship can purchase a 30 second ad at $200.

All upgrades are available in the Vendor/Sponsorship form.

Email blast to all attendees pre and post conference with your information.

A personalized color certificate of appreciation from the PELC leadership team.

Video advertisement played (provided by sponsor) on screen during the day in general areas

Exhibit Hours of Operation: The exhibits are open 1 hour before the main sessions and 30 mins before and after the afternoon sessions. Hours of Operation will be included in your exhibitor packet that you will receive at check-in as they may vary by event.

Registration Bag Material Drop: You must provide us with physical printed flyers mailed to us and received by us by November 1, 2022.

Set up: Set-up will open the day before the event, unless otherwise noted. We understand everyone’s travel schedule will vary so we are flexible for later set-up times. You will receive an exhibitor packet upon check-in that includes the event information and schedule. Once registered, you will receive a confirmation email with most of this information included.

Tear down: Exhibitor tear down starts at 9pm on the Tuesday of the event.

Church Multipurpose Room Booth: Each booth is 10’ x 10’ and includes pipe and drape, 1 8-foot table, 2 chairs and a waste basket. If your display requires special space considerations not covered by the options below, please contact us at 951-640-8567 and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

  1. Collecting Sales: Exhibitors must collect sales at their booth. Our facility is equipped with Wi-Fi for exhibitor’s use during hours of operation.

Additional information about sponsorships:

Submission Deadline: Event Packet Advertisement and/or Sponsorship information must be submitted no later than November 1, 2022. Please contact us at 951-640-8567 for more details about sponsorship opportunities.

Registration Approval: Submitting the registration form does not guarantee approval as event exhibitor or sponsor. Once registration is submitted, paid, and reviewed, the exhibitor will receive an approval letter to email provided on this registration form. Approval letter secures exhibitors during corresponding event. PELC reserves the right to refuse any exhibitor. In the event registration is not approved a full refund will be issued.

After Payment is Received: Once you complete your payment, you will receive an email confirmation of your order within 30 minutes (please check your spam folder). A PELC representative will be in touch to provide follow-up information and conference registration coupon codes for those that purchased sponsorships that include registration.

**PELC Video advertisement requirements:

    1. Video submission date date is November 1.
    2. Video should not exceed purchased length.
    3. Video should be final and edited as no additional editing will be do by PELC Media. 
    4. If there are additional editorial concerns (audio, video quality, or content) video can be returned to the purchaser for editing, with concerns and editorial suggestions. 
    5. Video should be submitted in widescreen format, unless specifically noted by the advertiser for specific brand purposes.
    6. Preferred resolution is 1080 HD. 
    7. Files should be .mp4 format or .mov.
